Dr. Mohamed is a fellowship-trained interventional cardiologist from Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. He also received his certification in Cardiac MRI from Vanderbilt University. He performed his internal medicine residency at Oakwood Hospital. Dr. Mohamed received his PhD from University Uppsala in Sweden. he also graduated in nuclear medicine from University of Michigan in Ann Arbor
